Wine tasting evening – 5th December

Run by our resident oenologist, Nick Wainwright,  in the village hall there will be a variety of wines available to taste with accompanying food reflecting a seasonal Yuletide theme.

Entrance is just £3, which will cover your food and wine can purchased by the glass at a very reasonable price. Tasting notes, prices and advice will be on hand. There will be an opportunity for you to place orders for those wines you enjoy but there is certainly no expectation or obligation to do so.

Feel free to drop in for a ‘quick one’ or settle in for the evening, whatever suits.

So why not come and have a Christmas drink with your fellow villagers, try a selection of red, white, sparkling and dessert wines as well as some port and sherry?
